第7回 JB-POWER ミーティングのご案内

昨年のJB-POWERミーティングでは、多くの皆様にご参加ご協力いただき

THRUXTON1200R用 パーツ新発売!【JAPANESE/ENGLISH】

お客様からのご要望で、TRIUMPH THRUXTON1200R(2016)用 ホイール、チタンマフラー、ライディングステップを製作しました。

MAGTANとSTDホイールを比べると、フロント2.1kg(-40%)、リア3.34kg(-41%)の軽量となります。
STDのスポークホイールはブレーキディスクが外側に寄っておりますが、MAGTANに交換するとディスクを正しい位置に戻せます。

手曲げチタンマフラーは、STDと比べて9.8kgも軽量できます。排気効率が上がるため、インジェクションセッティングが必要となります。車検は非対応となります。

またライディングステップは10ポジションから選択可能で、自分に一番合った位置にステップを移動できます。

Answering the overwhelming number of customer inquiries, BITO R&D added the New British “Classic” Triumph Thruxton 1200R (2016) to the lineup. Starting with the world famous wheels JB-POWER MAGTAN, our ultra-light titanium exhaust system and a completely new designed rear set.

MAGTAN
Our high performance forged magnesium wheel MAGTAN provides a significant weight and performance advantage over the genuine wheel. The Front Wheel is 2.1 Kg (- 40%) and the Rear Wheel is 3.34 Kg (- 41%) lighter, resulting not only in higher cornering speeds and better control but also in increased fun for a ride in the countryside not to speak of its outstandingly beautiful design.
The genuine spoke wheel causes the front brake discs to be horizontally offset outwards, making the clearance between the rotor and the caliper very narrow. The Thruxton 1200R MAGTAN Wheel, developed by our experienced R&D Department, corrected this issue making the brake rotor centered within the caliper.

Exhaust
Because only the best is good enough our hand-bend JB-POWER exhaust systems are made of the best available – extremely strong but superlight , only 0.7 mm thick, special titanium pipe making the JB-POWER Thruxton 1200R exhaust 9.8kg lighter than the genuine. Note: due to improved flow an ECU Map adjustment is necessary.

Rear Set
BITO R&D designed an entirely new 10 position ultra-versatile milled aluminum Rear Set, so that every rider can adjust the position according to the personal preference.
